Last Monday, I plopped down in a living room recliner to skim the news on my smart phone. The trophy wife was chatting on her phone with Meagan, our oldest, who lives in Texas. I was casually eaves dropping on their conversation when suddenly a text of Druann’s words appeared on my screen. With the syllables zipping back and forth from San Angelo at the speed of light, Druann’s digital voice was captured, converted to text, and then posted on my screen. How is that possible? Could there be a digital record of everything I have said or done since I began packing a phone in my pocket? I am sure conversations of veterinarians, cowboys and plumbers would be most entertaining if their words went public. This is something progressives might want to ponder when they vote for a fascist Democrat government to bring them joy. The day will come when the monster they created has its claws wrapped around their neck and this brings me to my point.

You would have to suck at math to add up today’s current events and not see what comes next. Big Brother is using the power progressives granted them to squash those who hold a belief not on the state approved opinion list. For example, arresting a Christian father of seven at gunpoint, at his family breakfast table provides great opportunities for FBI agents to earn bonus points towards their combat merit badge while enjoying zero risk of getting shot. Thus, 30 swat teamers locked and loaded for a mission easily handled by one grandmother in a walker packing an attitude. There is evil is elsewhere.

Major corporations have also gone woke and are voluntarily gathering information about your buying habits. This is not to allow them to target advertising but rather, shifting the data to the ruling authorities enables the government to design digital currency guidelines to control the masses. Once cash is removed from the equation, and it will be, you will not be allowed to digitally purchase tobacco, alcohol, firearms, gasoline, or diesel until your social credit score is at the approved level. Also, forget contributing to any political cause other than one approved by the pretty people in the beltway. If you have ever penned an op-ed condemning our dear leader or any of his fascist policies, you should expect your digital worth to plunge. Leftist college professors need not be concerned. Can you not see what is happening or do I need to say it again, so it pops up on your smartphone?
