The Line is Drawn

Finding fact-filled news has been especially challenging over the last two months. If you obediently swallowed the Marxist pablum offered by the mainstream media and the ruling elite, you are likely entering 2021 fat, dumb and happy but disinformed. Evil forces have trapped America in bondage, one from which she may never emerge. Pundits who claim Republicans will capture Congress in 2022 and the presidency in 2024 are wishful thinkers. The ground rules forever changed once the tech giants joined the mainstream media in squelching debate. From now on, the ruling class can coronate their chosen candidate without protest. Election fraud is the new normal.

The dark winter Vice-president Biden referred to in the debates was not about Covid but about silencing those who oppose the woke collective. Here is the darkness: Statists will so vilify Christian conservatives and MAGA patriots, we must move our battles closer to home. It was the states who established the federal government so it will be the states, specifically the state legislatures who put the beast back in the bottle. Here is one real-life example where one state is telling the feds, “No!”

Montana Representative John Fuller introduced HB112, the “Save Women’s Sports Act.” This simple, short, fitting, and proper bill requires interscholastic athletes to participate in sports based on their biological sex at birth. Stated differently: No boys in girls track events nor in the locker room and vice versa. There is not a cowboy in our Treasure State who does not understand why calves are sexed and separated in the feedlot. However, this concept is too complex for the cancel-culture crowd who believes “the science” shows society has more genders than students in a typical Class C Montana high school. Championing leftist lunacy, President-elect Biden’s website boasts, “On his first day in office, Biden will restore transgender students’ access to sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity.” This is not about tolerance; it is about destroying the American family.

The Tenth Amendment declares, “powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” By the Tenth, deciding who runs which race and in which locker room they shower is a power reserved to the states or the people. Not the federal government. The Department of Education will jerk federal funds from states who refuse to obey, so expect a battle. The cost is worth it, and the line is drawn.
